Prayer in W.P.No.9542 of 2015:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in relation to the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.ka.No.1924/2014/A1 dated 26.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the payment of Rs.34,440/- towards the Service Tax and consequently direct the third respondent to issue the work order to the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner for the lease of Item No.1 of the Notification dated 29.12.2014 being the successful and higher bidder without insisting the Service Tax. Prayer in W.P.No.9543 of 2015:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in relation to the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.ka.No.1924/2014/A1 dated 25.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the payment of Rs.33,460/- towards the Service Tax and consequently direct the third respondent to issue the work order to the petitioner for the lease of Item No.3 of the Notification dated 29.12.2014 being the successful and higher bidder without insisting the Service Tax. In both W.Ps.
