Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in pursuant to 1st respondent proceedings Pa.Ve. No.01/2016C2, dated 30.07.2016 to quash the same and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass an order to perform the ADI THIRUVIZHA as per Agama principles schedule on 8th August 2016 (the ensuing week) of 24th day of Adi month and an order may be issued to enquire about the excesses committed by the 1st and 2nd respondents.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass an order to perform the Adi Thiruvizha as per Agama principles schedule on 8th August 2016.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that, based on the instructions given by the parties, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
