Alleging that the order in W.P.No.18419 of 2015 dated 23.06.2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that as against the order, writ appeal was filed in which compromise entered into between the parties.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the agreed benefits as compromised are not given, he can workout the remedy in the manner known to law. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
