ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu - S.Ajithkumar, aged about 15 years. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for production of her missing minor son.
2. Today, when the petitioner is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has been secured.

3. The detenu is present before us. On inquiry, he has stated that he has expressed his willingness to go with the petitioner, who is his mother.
4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed as no further order is necessary.
