ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.88 of 2017.

2.Since the FIR has been registered as against unknown accused, no direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
