..Respondents [ R3- Impleaded as per order dated 03.07.2009 in MP.No.4/2009 in W.P.No.8132/2009] Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the issuance of order dated 06.04.2009 of the 2nd respondent intimating the revocation of trade license issued to the petitioner under section 279 of the Act by the 1st respondent and the attendant notice under section 379 (A) of Act dated 06.04.2009, both communication served on the petitioner on 13.04.2009 at 07.30 p.m. and quash the same and consequently set aside the order of revocation of trade license of the petitioner issued by the 1st respondent, a intimated in the impugned order dated 06.04.2009 of the 2nd respondent in respect of "FAST FOOD" business of the petitioner run under the name and style "RANGOLI" at No.60 Vepery High Road, Vepery, Chennai - 600 007.
