This Petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.6965 of 2024 in Cr.No.28 of 2023 dated 08.03.2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by Principal Sessions Judge, at Chennai.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
