O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the Petitioner Union on 06.05.2015 which was received by the respondents on 11.05.2015 in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

2.Even though the petitioner's Union has submitted a representation to the first respondent dated 06.05.2015, the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner's Union dated 06.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
