The petitioner raised an industrial dispute, which is pending consideration in I.D.No.361 of 2014 before the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking note of the pendency of the dispute for about three years, a direction is issued to the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai to dispose of the industrial dispute in I.D.No.361 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
