ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The

petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal, dated 30.12.2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri District dated 23.02.2023, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 30.12.2025 before the 2nd respondent. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 30.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the third parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 30.12.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 30.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the third parties, whom the

2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
