This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second and third respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2014.

2. The representation submitted by the writ petitioner reveals that Pattas had been issued to houseless Adi-Dravidars at Morapakkam Village, Madhurantagam. Wherein, 105 house sites under Adi-Dravidar Welfare Scheme were allotted. Each plot measuring 0.03 cents. The allegation of the petitioner is that Plot No.77 is allotted to the 5th respondent /Mrs.Kasturi, wife of Thiru. P.Elumalai. It is pertinent to note that the husband of the fifth respondent /Mrs.Kasturi, viz., Thiru. P.Elumalai is also already allotted with a plot bearing Plot No.78. Thus, the petitioner claims that illegal allotments are made in favour of the 5th respondent as well as her husband.

3. No doubt, the allegations raised are very serious in nature. Plots are to be allotted strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scheme. However, in the present case, the petitioner states that two plots are allotted in the name of the husband and wife, who is the fifth respondent, which are in violation of the terms and conditions of the Scheme.

4. This being the nature of the representation submitted by the petitioner to the official respondents, the third respondent-Special Tahsildar is directed to conduct an enquiry with reference to documents submitted by the petitioner, after affording opportunity to the parties concerned and take a decision. If any such violation is found out, then the authorities concerned are bound to initiate all appropriate actions within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
