The main prayer in this Writ Petition itself is for directing the respondent to pass final orders on revision petition dated 04.04.2019 on merits and as per law. Earlier, when the matter called, notice was issued and thereafter when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the Revision Petition which is stated to be pending on the file of the respondents has been disposed of. A copy of the proceedings of the Government in G.O.No.1(D).No.170 Cooperation, Food & Consumer Protection Department, dated 30.11.2021 has been produced along with the letter dated 15.03.2021.
