Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

The petitioner seeks a direction for the early disposal of O.S.No.294 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in OS No.294 of 2022 and the respondents are the defendants in the said suit. The suit has been filed for partition and to declare the Settlement deed as null and void. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the parties to the suit are Senior citizens and that issues were framed by the Trial Court on 07.02.2026.

Since all the parties to the suit are Senior citizens and the issues have been framed by the Trial Court, no prejudice will be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time to be fixed by this Court.

This Court after giving due consideration to the fact that the suit is

of the year 2022, directs the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in OS No.294 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi, after trial, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
