ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2019 to transfer patta of the land in Survey No.79/1 in Anumanthai Village, Kattankulathur Panchayat Union, Chengalpattu Taluk, formerly Kancheepuram district presently Chengalpattu District measuring about 14 cents in the petitioner name and issue the patta to the petitioner as it is wrongly included in the name of Mahindra World City.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has purchased the property in the year 1984 and in the patta instead of her name some third party name has been included. In this regard, she has given a representation on 02.07.2019, however the same has not been considered till date.

3. Since the petitioner has submitted her representation in the year 2019, she is now required to give a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of such representation, the respondent shall consider her representation on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and third party, within a period of one month thereafter.
