ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from issuing the allotment order of tender to the 2nd respondent in pursuant to the Tender Notification dated 6.11.2017 without opening the Tender of the petitioners in their presence.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and I have also perused the materials available on record carefully. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On the face of the records, it is not known why the petitioners have approached this Court so belatedly, when the Notification itself has been mentioned that the tender will be held on 27.11.2017. Further, it appears that after receiving the tenders, work order was issued to the 2nd respondent. At this stage, the petitioner cannot come to this Court challenging the said work order allotted to the 2nd respondent. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
