ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 more particularly the third respondent to take necessary action to restore the revised commutation of pension from 01.02.2020 with arrears thereon till date along with 9% interest for the belated payment to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 06.09.2020, 18.12.2020, 05.02.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
