PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the third respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No. 4709/A1/2006 dated 6.11.2007 quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents to sanction pensionary benefits to the petitioner from 1.7.1974 and disburse consequential monetary benefits with 18% interest.

O R D E R

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 06.11.2007 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to sanction pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

The petitioner died during the pendency of this writ 2/4

petition and hence, his wife was substituted in his place. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the wife of the petitioner has already been granted family pension on 13.02.2012.

In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
