2. Learned counsel for the first respondent Bank states that the petitioner has settled their loan account by paying the dues outstanding in their account and the matter is settled. He has

also handed over a letter dated 31.8.2018 from the first respondent Bank addressed to him, which states that the petitioner has settled their loan account by paying the dues outstanding and the matter is settled. The said letter dated 31.8.2018 is taken on record.

3. In view of the above mentioned letter and the statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent Bank, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
