CR.NO.447 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19503 of 2020 dated 27.01.2021 in Cr.No.447 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19503 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 471 read with section 34 of IPC, in Cr.No.447 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
