ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer investigation of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.05.2017 to a honest police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police under the supervision of the 1st respondent to protect the interest of the petitioner as per the Rules 7, 1995 Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is closed as mistake of fact on 10.11.2017.

3. In such view of the matter, no direction is required as prayed for.
