2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner had also filed a writ petition in W.P.No.12054 of 2021, during the vacation court for almost an identical relief and that the writ petition has also been disposed. Therefore, the present writ petition is devoid of merits and the request of the petitioner to consider his representation dated 20.03.2022 is liable to be dismissed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the scope of the writ petition that was disposed of during the vacation court in W.P.No.12054 of 2021 was not totally different from the relief sought for in the present writ petition.

4. I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

5. I am inclined to dispose this writ petition at the time of admission by dispensing with filing of counter, by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.03.2022 of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
