O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed a suit in OS.No.526 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif, Poonamallee for permanent injunction. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner has filed written statement on 20.08.2006. Thereafter, the suit was transferred and re-numbered as OS.No.95 of 2017 now pending before the Sub Court, Poonamallee. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before

this Court to direct the court below to dispose of the said suit within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that there is no interlocutary application is pending in the aforesaid suit and therefore, there is no impediment to dispose of the said suit within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

3. By considering the aforesaid facts and the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the aforesaid suit is filed in the year 2005. Therefore, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the suit in OS.No.95 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.06.2018.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
