Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 25.07.2016 in Na.Ka.No.1103/A2/2016 of the fourth respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue to pay the last drawn salary with incentive increments for higher qualification of the petitioner with all attendant and monetary benefits.
