2.Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, C.M.P.Nos.14629 & 15517 of 2021 are ordered. 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(NPD).Nos.136 & 548 of 2017 and post the C.R.Ps during the second week of November for hearing.
