Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment and illegal construction made by respondents 6 to 8 in a portion of the lands earmarked for public purposes in an extent of 41⁄2 cents comprised in Survey No.707/1W of Avalapalli Village, Moovendar Nagar, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District on the basis of the representation dated 15.12.2025 within a time period.

ORDER
