This petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC, seeking direction to the respondent to alter the penal provisions in Crime No.57 of 2014 into Sections 326 and 307 IPC, in addition to the existing penal provisions.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is pending and charge sheet has not been filed.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is premature and hence, it is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved after filing of the charge sheet, he is at liberty to approach the lower Court for suitable direction for alteration of the charges, if sufficient materials are available.
