1. The defendants 2 & 3 in O.S.No.7 of 2002 on the file of District Munsiff Court, Hosur has come forward with the C.R.P(PD)Nos.947 & 948 of 2011 challenging the order passed by the Trial Court to re-open the trial and to re-call P.W.1.
2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff/first respondent submitted that the suit itself was partly allowed by the judgment of the Trial Court dated 28.07.2015, as against which, the plaintiff had preferred a first appeal in A.S.No.24 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Hosur and the same is pending.
3. The statement of the learned counsel for the plaintiff/first respondent is recorded. On the face of it, these two Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous and the same are accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 20.04.2018 mrr Index : Yes / No To The District Munsif Judge, District Munsif Court, Hosur.
