2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, as per the direction of this Court in its order dated 04.10.2024, he paid a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the contesting respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent admitted that he received the costs. He also filed a memo stating that 1st respondent has passed away.

4. Post the appeal on 18.11.2024.
