There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents present and counter affidavit Page No.2 of 4
filed.
3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that subsequent to the filing of writ petitions, petitioner was promoted as Assistant General Manager on 01.08.2017 and subsequently, retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2021 and the petitioner has also received all his terminal benefits.
4.
Since the petitioner got the promotion subsequent to the filing of writ petitions and retired from service after taking all the terminal benefits. Even on the last occasion also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today when the matter was listed under the caption "for order" the petitioner failed to appear. Perhaps, it appears that the petitioner, has lost interest in prosecuting these two writ petitions any more. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Costs made easy. 17.11.2023 vca DR. D.NAGARJUN ,J.
