COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a limited relief. These revisions have been filed by the petitioner/husband for the early disposal of H.M.O.P.Nos.826 of 2023 and 606 of 2024, pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in these revisions, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. As seen from the revisions, the pleadings are complete in both HMOP's, namely H.M.O.P.Nos.826 of 2023 and 606 of 2024. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the aforesaid Family Court to dispose of both the HMOP, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective HMOP's.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of by directing the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos.826 of 2023 and 606 of 2024, on merits and in accordance Page No.2 of 4

with law, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
