Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dated 6.4.2015 within the time frame to be fixed by this Honourable court. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the Secretary of the Temple Function Committee, Sri Nadupatti Devana Perumal Thirukoil, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District and according to him, it is an ancient temple and repeated representations have been made for very many times to create a pathway so that the devotees can visit and worship the deity without any hindrance. The petitioner has also submitted a representation on 06.04.2015 to the second respondent who in turn has forwarded the same to the first respondent vide requisition no.PP/15/02565 dated 06.04.2015 and however, the first respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not yet passed any orders and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015 which was forwarded to him by the office of the second respondent vide requisition no.PP/15/02565 dated 06.04.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
