Heard Mr. S.Kamadevan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. R.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. S.J.Mohammed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order in Na.Ka.A1/1283/2021 dated 14.02.2023 passed by the Third Respondent. 3.

The Third Respondent has filed a memo dated 26.04.2023 stating as follows:- 2/5

" It is submitted that due to administrative reasons, Third Respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/1283/2021 dated 12.04.2023, transferred and posted Petitioner to the Puttuthakku Village and Panchayat President of the Puttuthakku Village through letter dated 12.04.2023 had confirmed the posting order to Petitioner. It is submitted that Petitioner through his letter dated 12.04.2023 joined and reported to his duty in Puttuthakku Village. Hence the representation made by the Petitioner is considered by me and Petitioner got posted in Puttuthakku Village."

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
