ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to learned District Munsif Court, Omalur to dispose of suit in O.S.No.205 of 2004.

2. The petitioner herein filed the above suit seeking permanent injunction against the respondents.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition even without service of 2/4

notice to respondents 8 and 9. As far as other respondents are concerned, notice was served and their names appeared in the list, however, there is no representation for them.

4. In view of the fact the suit is of the year 2004, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to District Munsif Court, Omalur to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
