W.M.P.Nos.10749 and 10750 of 2019 in W.P.Nos.7310 and 7312 of 2019 R.Subbiah, J & Krishnan Ramasamy, J (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking amendment in the cause title.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present writ petitions, the second respondent's name was wrongly quoted by them in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petitions. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petitions had been filed to amend the name of the second respondent namely "State rep.by Inspector of Police, Pattapiram Police Station, Tiruvallur District" instead of "State rep. by Inspector of police, Cholavaram Police Station, Thiruvallore District".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that this Court, by order dated 22.03.2019 in the above Writ Petitions, has directed release of the subject vehicles on payment of Rs.10,000/- for each vehicle. However, in the order copy, it is mentioned as Rs.50,000/-. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court orders as follows: (i) The miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for. (ii) Registry is directed to incorporate 'Rs.10,000/-' in the place of 'Rs.50,000/-' in the order dated 22.03.2019 in condition No.(i) of pare -6. After carrying out necessary amendment and corrections, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copies to the petitioner.
