This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 23.07.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.Rajeshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be between the partners. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an F.I.R.
