By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the organizer of temple festival of Sri Angala Parameshwari Temple situated at Rangasamuthiram (Village), Bharadharami (Post), Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District 635603 and he submitted an application dated 15.06.2015 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural and adventure programme to be held on 01.07.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and no vulgarity or obscenity will be there in that place and prays for appropriate orders.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.D.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

5.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 15.06.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 29.06.2015 and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
