CR.NO.3/AC/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order that the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders which was passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.3418 of 2021 by an order dated 03.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3418 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 309 of IPC @ 306 of IPC, in Crime No.3/AC/2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court dated 03.03.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
