Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Rent Authority, Chennai (Mambalam and Guindy Taluks) to consider and dispose of the Application File No.1362 of 2021 dated 05.01.2021 filed before the Rent Authority under Section 14 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 R/W Rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Rules 2019 within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Perusal of the records shows that the Rent Authority, Chennai (Mambalam and Guindy Taluks) is not shown as respondent. When this was brought to the notice of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of this Civil Revision Petition, with the liberty to file a fresh Petition. 2.In view of such submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition after impleading appropriate parties as respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
