] This petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above Writ Miscellaneous Petition to recall the final order, dated 11.01.2024, passed in W.P.No.26759 of 2019.

2.The petitioner, who is not a party to the writ petition, has filed the petition to recall the order passed in the writ petition, as the order which affects her civil rights, is without hearing her. The petitioner is not claiming under anyone who is a party to the lis. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this petition has to be ordered. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and leave is granted.

3.Registry is directed to post the petition stated to have been filed by the petitioner to recall the final order, dated 11.01.2024, passed in W.P.No.26759 of 2019, for hearing.
