ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to directing the respondent to consider the appeal dated 29/03/2021 and additional grounds on the appeal dated 06/092021 on par with information furnished under Right to Information act by AICCTE dated 19/08/2021 as he joined as Professor in K.L.N.College of Information Technology on 22/05/2012 with stipulated time. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 29.03.2021 before the respondent challenging the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by the respondent University. The petitioner has also filed additional ground before the respondent on 06.09.2021. The said appeal is still pending without taken on file by the respondent, hence the present writ petition. 3.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondentUniversity fairly submitted before this Court that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's appeal is still pending before the respondent and the same will be considered in accordance with law and final orders will be passed within a time limit as prescribed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, this Court is inclined to pass the following order;

i. The writ petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the appeal dated 29.03.2021 and additional grounds dated 06.09.2021 to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii.Upon receipt of such particulars, the respondent-University is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

iii.It is needless to say that the respondent shall also consider the additional grounds raised by the petitioner while deciding the appeal.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
