Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.2092/2021 in Crl.OP.No.20301/2020 dated 04.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5538 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20301 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.

18 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
