O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.2637 of 2015 for the offence under Section 306 IPC. Since, only the petitioner's husband is an accused, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner in that case.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
