The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in correcting the name of the fifth defendant as M/s.Orchard Extractions Private Limited instead of M/s.MBR.Agro Industries Pvt Ltd., No.26-A, Venkateswara street, Jaya Nagar, K.K.Nagar, Trichy 620 021. Since the applicant seeks only for an amendment in the name of the fifth defendant, hence the application is allowed.

2. The applicant is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint and file amended copy of the plaint after serving the copies to the defendants on or before 09.01.2017.
