ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender indulging in rowdy activities, extortion, etc. and a History Sheeted Rowdy Book was opened against him and that, on account of election, the respondent-police have summoned the petitioner only for routine check up/usual surveillance and that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands disposed of accordingly. The respondent-police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
