ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in OS No. 6627 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by this Court, the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has filed a report on 13.06.2025, and sought three (3) months' time to dispose of the O.S.No.6627 of 2023 finally.

3. Recording the said report of the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.6627 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months i.e., on or before 06.10.2025.

4. The trial Court shall take into account the fact that the plaintiff is an 2/4

octogenarian and shall endeavour to dispose of the suit, within the stipulated time as stated above.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
