C.M.P.No.4013 of 2024 in A.S.SR.No.117396 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the appeal for enhancement of compensation in O.S.No.48 of 2017 on the file of learned Additional District Judge, (FAC), Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 193 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.4013 of 2024 is ordered.
