O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 16.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17489 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this court, the second respondent has conducted a personal hearing on 20.12.2021, in the presence of the Chief Engineer (City), Tamil Nadu Housing Board, fourth respondent and the petitioner; and upon careful 2/4

examination of the records, rejected the petitioner's representations as the same could not be feasible for consideration. The said order was also communicated to the petitioner by the Chief Engineer (City), Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Koyambedu, Chennai, vide Letter No.TC3/6710/2019 dated 24.12.2021. Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents.

The aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
