ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR on basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 07.04.2015 and to investigate the matter through a straight forwarded and impartial officer and to submit a final report before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner had married one Uma Maheshwari some time in the year 2009 and it is alleged in the complaint that the parents of Uma Maheshwari have forcibly taken her and have got her married to one Bharthidasan. Admittedly, Uma Maheshwari is not a minor. The complaint does not disclose cognizable offence for the police to register an FIR, as these are matrimonial issues.
