[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his son viz., Ajithkumar, aged 19 years, went missing from 20.04.2021 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure him.

2. On instructions, Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint given by the petitioner on 28.04.2021, a case in Pullarampakkam P.S. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.S.R.No.166 of 2021 was conducted and during enquiry, the petitioner withdraw his complaint on the same day. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
