O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 11.08.2017 and pass orders in relation to the personal benefits of General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Encashment of earned Leave / Private Affairs at his credit as on 31.05.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner was holding the post of Additional Superintendent of Prisons, Pudukottai and in respect of his personal claims of General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, etc., the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 11.08.2017.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 11.08.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
